Moody’s POV –

“Its not going to work” I said doubtful of Ariel’s distraction plan.

“Why do you always gotta be so negative Melody! It really doesn’t suit you” Ariel told me while shaking her head.

Aqua nodded her and said, “I agree with Ariel! Kylie does the same thing to me.”

“What! I give you constructive criticism and you call that being negative…. The nerve of some people these days.”

An absolutely shocked Kylie replied with her eyes bulging out of their sockets and jaw practically on the floor

“Okay! I’m gonna ask this one last time, what are we going to do with legs” I asked Ariel.

“Well, when you told me that humans aren’t allowed down here, an idea popped into my head which stated that we, as in Aqua,

Kylie and I should float around on legs and distract the guards while you and Waterlilly sneak inside the castle.”

“And just how are we going to get legs?” Kylie questioned while raising her eyebrows.

Ariel placed her hand on Kylie’s shoulder, patted her gently on the back and pointed in my direction.

“What are you looking at me for?” I asked puzzled.

However I did not receive an answer, they all just stared at me with glinting eyes and creepy smiles.

I stared back at them wondering why they were acting so weird until Waterlilly finally spoke,”Melody! We’re gonna need you to use your powers”

“You guys could of just asked, instead of looking at me all creepy” I replied.

“But where’s the fun in that” smirked Ariel and I just rolled my eyes at her.

‘Let’s hope this plan works’ I thought

“Do you guys remember the plan” Kylie asked for the millionth time.

“How could we not remember! When that’s all you’ve been asking us for the last five minutes.” Aqua responded rolling her eyes.

“What’s wrong with that! You could of forgot a lot in five minutes.” Kylie shot back.

“Guys be quiet, we need to put this plan into action fast, before we get caught” I reminded them in a whisper.

Then I closed my eyes and wished for them to have legs instead of a tail.

When I reopened my eyes, I noticed Aqua and Kylie struggling to stand up while Ariel seemed perfectly fine.

But then again, she knows how to use her legs.
“Now that we have legs, Aqua and Kylie, we’ve got some distracting to do.” Ariel smirked at the two.

“Am Hello! Are you insane? I can’t possibly distract them if I can’t even swim properly!”

Kylie scowled and Aqua nodded in Agreement. “Yeah! What she said.”

“Okay guys! Let’s not fuss over this, swimming with legs is actually quite easy, all you need to do is put your legs together and move them back and forth in the water.”

I told them intervening into their conversation.
They both did what I had instructed and pretty soon they were swimming like pros. “See! I told you guys it was easy.”

“Now let’s go distract some guards” said a very enthusiastic Aqua.

I watched along with Waterlilly as Ariel, Aqua and Kylie swam towards the main gates of the castle where two guards stood.

However, the guards seemed completely oblivious to the fact that there were three girls with legs swimming towards them, that is until they stood right in front of them.

“What are you doing here humans?” The first guard spoke.

“We’re taking a swim. Duh!” Replied Ariel.
“No, you’re trespassing on castle grounds!” The second guard said while glaring at the three.

“Wow! You look so hot and muscular” Aqua said while twirling her hair and attempting to flirt with the second guard.

He analyzed her for a moment before his glare softened and his face broke out into a flirtatious smile. “Oh really! Your pretty hot yourself”

The first guard looked at him in complete and utter shock almost as if he could not believe what he was hearing.

“Alex! What do you think you’re doing? You can’t flirt with the enemy!”

“But she’s hot!” He replied bluntly.
“She could be hotter than the sun for all I care! But she’s still the enemy.

” The first guard replied back. Meanwhile, since they were busy arguing, we got the perfect opportunity to sneak inside without them noticing.

“We’re in”
“I know, I can’t believe it worked!”

“Now, let’s go find my mother!”
